Leadership Series
This 10-week program combines research-based leadership development workshops with small group discussions to deliver the highest improvement in employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. AccelHERate has reduced the number of women saying they were likely to leave their employer by 50%. This program starts with a diagnostic, followed by customized programming plan, and ends with impact report that quantifies the program’s results.

Built to plug into existing Women's Leadership programs, this offering gives companies an easy way to update your content. You choose Negotiating, Networking, and/or Time Management and we customize the materials for you. We then deliver a one-hour session, along with a small group discussion guide, and additional resource pack.
Duration: 1-hour live session and materials for a 1-hour small group discussion. Delivery can be virtual or in-person.
IMPACT SESSIONS
Created for ERGs who want a full year of proven high-quality programming. You choose 4 content modules from: Your North Star, Networking, Negotiating, Saying No, Preparing for Your Annual Review, and Owning Your Career. We provide marketing materials, content, and discussion guides.
Duration: 4 1-hour live sessions and materials for 4 1-hour small group discussions over 12 months. Delivery can be virtual or in-person.
