As the child of a single working mother, Kathryn Valentine grew up acutely aware of the many ways in which the working world wasn’t working for women. Today, she is an in-demand speaker and writer in the field of women’s leadership, employing a research-based approach to everything from negotiating to networking specifically as a woman. She speaks to women who wish to feel more successful and satisfied at work, as well as organizations looking to retain top female talent.
Kathryn is the CEO of Worthmore Strategies, with clients that include multinational companies such as JPMorgan, KPMG, and Bain & Company. She has spoken at Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg business schools, and numerous women's conferences.
Her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Adweek, Forbes, and Business Insider. Kathryn started her career at McKinsey & Company and now lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two active sons. She enjoys reading, running, and any day she doesn’t step on a Lego.
