Sound familiar?

Here's what a decade of research taught me: You're not failing. You're succeeding despite a system that wasn't built for you.

And once you understand that, everything changes.

Promotions keep passing you by

You feel overlooked and undervalued

You're burning out without getting ahead

You lack the sponsors and network that seem to open doors for everyone else

You're penalized for asking for additional resources or pay

What makes AccelHERate® different:

Every strategy is grounded in 40 years of gender research - not advice that was built for men, or anecdotal stories.

Real Women. Real Results.

Erin: A 50% Raise and a Team

Erin spent three years outperforming her peers but remained under-resourced, under-titled, and underpaid. She was ready to leave - even though she loved her company.

She signed up for one of Kathryn’s trainings, put together a plan and ended up with:

  • A promotion
  • 50% salary increase
  • 100% increase in bonus
  • Larger, higher-profile accounts
  • Staff to delegate her smaller accounts to

“My life has improved significantly. I was burned out and undervalued, but learning how to get credit for my wins changed everything. I’m healthier, happier, and more effective - all without leaving my company.”

Nina was leaving a stable company for a startup. She loved her job but knew this was the right move for her career.

She worked with Kathryn to optimize her negotiation. She ultimately negotiated:

  • Founding shares
  • One year of severance
  • Significant bonus increase

"The key to my negotiation was understanding what to ask for and how to position my requests in a way that was palatable to the company. If you know what to ask for and how to make it seem reasonable, it doesn't really feel like a negotiation."

Nina: Her Dream Job and a Backup Plan

Jen: Relocating closer to family without having to give up a job she loved

Jen loved her job, but major life changes left her completely drained. She wanted to stay at her company but needed to relocate closer to family.

She and Kathryn came up with a career plan that didn’t just include flexibility. Jen advocated for herself and received:

  • A predominately remote role
  • Paid travel to visit headquarters once a month
  • Better healthcare access in her new location

“The key to my negotiation was showing how my productivity and my team’s results had been strong while remote. By taking a collaborative, honest approach, my company saw this move as a win-win. Today, I’m healthier, happier, and more fulfilled in my work.”

FAQ

What if I can't attend the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and available to watch on your schedule. Plus, the cohort will determine optimal times together during onboarding to maximize live attendance. If you can make it live 50% of the time and watch recordings the other 50%, you'll still get tremendous value.

How much time do I need to commit?
1 hour per week for the live session, plus ~30 minutes per week to implement your new skills. Think of it as an investment in your career that will save you months (or years) of spinning your wheels.

What if I don't have kids? (Or what if I do?)
The program works for both. We cover flexible scheduling, negotiation for work-life balance, and strategies that apply whether you're focused on career growth, family balance, or both. The office hours and Ask Anything session are great places to bring questions about work/life integration.

How is this different from Chief or other programs?
Chief is a networking community of hundred of folks for $6K/year. AccelHERate® is a focused curriculum with a small cohort of just 30 women built to fuel your career. Depending on what your goals are, this could be a great pathway into higher-level roles that qualify you for Chief.

Harvard and Kellogg offer 1-week women’s programs for ~$10-12K. AccelHERate® is 6 weeks for $1,995—more time to practice and integrate what you learn, at a fraction of the cost.

What if I don't get promoted?
You'll have proven strategies and frameworks to continue advocating for yourself. Plus, many participants negotiate raises, better benefits, or career clarity even without a promotion. The ROI isn't just about the title—it's about taking control.

The economy seems unpredictable right now, and I have friends who are going through layoffs. Is it the right time to think about promotions?
It’s always the right time to learn strategies that help you succeed. That could be channeled towards a promotion, building the political capital that protects you during lay-offs, positioning yourself for the next role outside of your company, negotiating a schedule that enables a life you love, or a hundred other things. YOU define success, we help you get there.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Complete all 6 sessions and do the homework. If you don’t earn your money back within a year, we’ll give you a full refund.

When is the next cohort?
If you miss this October cohort, the next one won't be until 2026. This is the only time we're offering the program this year.
